Tigers are on later and I got some housework to do...but hey the temp is above freezing finally in the UP.  We got over a foot of snow on Friday so I made this gif in my free time.

Does anyone know if thrones goes on a mid-season hiatus like many shows? Like, do they site the first 5 and then go away for 4 months before showering the rest or do they play the entire season in a straight 1-10 shot? Thanks. Just got into it, watched all 3 seasons but after season 3 ended and not on HBO. It will determine if I just ignore the show for half our the entire season or start weekly from here out. Thanks.

Just saw the Winter Soldier, loved it. The amount of Easter eggs they dropped was pretty insane, and the future movies look to be in great shape.

Now I'm going to grab a beer, marinate some pork chops and watch some baseball or the Formula 1 race from this morning.

went to see st vincent at the riviera in chicago last night.  she has the voice of an angel but thrashes guitar like a demon; very talented, very sexy, suitably pretentious for a musical "artist."

nothin much to say about sunday yet.  took my lady-friend home, came back, hit a pipe and started mgobloggin.  hoping to play pick-up ball later, but its right on the edge of warm enough to find a game outdoors in chicago today.  is winter over yet?

we won the MNC in hoops.   4/6/89 (a monday) vs. seton hall in the kingdome which was arguably the worst place on the planet to play a basketball game.   was there with one of my brothers and my best buddy and man did we have a time.  made it onto local t.v. with a pre-game interview at a bar called 'sneakers', a couple hundred yards from the kingdome.   rumeal robinson shooting one-on-one with about 2.5 seconds left in the game, down a point, and he made them both.  the two greatest foul shots in the history of basketball.

go blue to you all.  enjoy the glorious sunshine and the blessings of the day.

Michigan Breweries?  I like Bells, New Holland and Founders.  I'm giving a lean towards Bells. I really like Dragons' Milk from New Holland. A tough choice. But those are my top 3 Michigan breweries.
