Natty tix from Athletic Department

Submitted by cavebeaner on December 15th, 2022 at 6:28 PM

Did anyone else get their "You get a ticket! And you get a ticket! And you get a ticket!" email from the athletic dept about the Natty tix? I never qualify for tix, so I'm wondering if this email will be followed by an "oops, you weren't supposed to get that email" email..

I live in the natty tix BPONE.

I have had season tickets since 1984 and couldn’t even get one ticket for Indianapolis. I also donated all of my 2 season ticket cost during Covid year. That didn’t help either. I ended up going to Indy with a friend. As far as final four, nothing. A friend received an option for two tickets to final game in Inglewood, I was offered a chance to commit on his offer. He had to agree to put credit card info. on line, to secure tickets if the team qualifies. Only problem was the ticket amount per is at the discretion of the Michigan ticket office. Cost could end up being anywhere from $475 to $1200 each, take your chances. I did a hard pass. I can go on a couple road trips on that amount next season, hotel included.

I'm at 111 points so I'm guessing my request won't be filled this time based on what other people have posted. If anyone is unable to use theirs and wants to sell to a Michigan fan, I've got flights and hotels booked, just looking to get tickets for my son & I without getting gouged too much on price.

I live in the Chicago area and travel to Ann Arbor often so if you live anywhere in the I-94 stretch in between I can meet you up to pay cash & transfer tickets in person.

On another thread, Seth said that these tickets cannot be sold on secondary markets. I can't imagine that is true, and I can find no evidence of it. Does anyone have the real story?? Thanks

I got an odd email on Tuesday reminding me they’d let me know by the 19th at 5pm.  I thought, “why even send me this email?”  I guess they’re working their way down the list?  Idk..

I should add, I have like 73 points after being a season ticket holder for 8 years, most of that is the 55 bonus points.

250 points.  Got 2 tickets in the $575 range, which is 400 level endzone or 500 level sideline.

Pretty much nosebleed, but happy to be on the list.

Signed up on a waitlist on Ticket Master through SoFi.  Just got the notification today and bought 2 tickets in the 328 section (taking my 75-year-old dad).  $1475 a pop out the door (fees included).

Considering everything I was seeing on the secondary market was $1500 plus in the 500 sections, some included fees and some didn't, I figured what the hell.

For those going, where you all thinking of staying?  Most hotels have a 3-night requirement (not surprised).

I’m looking for two tickets. I received the rejection letter…missed it by a few points.

anyone who cannot go or has extras please let me know. I have a companion ticket on Delta I can throw in for those who are going but have 2 extra.

Just wait until the playoff expands and the AD disperses tickets for a CFP game in the big house and season ticket holders are locked out based on priority points.  That’ll be infuriating.
