He has 3rd string 5* RBs. How hard is it to "change"
That's actually what impresses me the most. He has no real pressure to change, yet he did it anyway because he saw where college football is headed.
That's why he's the best coach in college football, like him or not. Anybody who says that Alabama is just doing it on NFL talent is not paying attention.

Well that and there are no rules when it comes to recruiting down there. Michigan does it's fair share of 'paying' players, but no where on the same level as the Bama's/OSU's of the NCAA....
