Patterson is not a pocket QB and won't be.
If he is going to be the QB next year, the offense needs to be structured around his strengths. Zone read, spread, tempo, QB on the move, short passes, RPOs.
Otherwise don't bother.

In other words, look at what Meyer did with OSU QBs, or watch what Mullen does with Florida QBs.
