Calling All Mods
Once again appealing to the Mods about banning Diagonal Blue. I can take some negativity, realism, or discerning argument, but my goodness this jerk is over the top. He intentionally submarines every thread and is starting to ruin the board experience. I am sure that he'll just create another persona, but it seems like his IP could be banned? IDK.

To add a little background as to why he was still around, a few people - Diagonal Blue included - were given a second chance by me (over e-mail discussions) and warned that it was "live or die" time for their account basically and that another banning would stand whether I did it or another mod did. I am not above giving people just enough rope to hang themselves, if you'll pardon the expression, but some people insist on hanging themselves all the same.
As for IP banning, that's been brought to Seth and Brian a few times, but in the old format, it was supposedly quite difficult. Not sure what the status would be in this iteration of the site.

I do not read this board enough to truly understand this problem but I thought I would weigh in on the problem. For the mods, would it be possible to do verified users? For non verified users, you could increase points requirements or require account to age or etc. to do certain activities but if you verify yourself you would get a base minimum points and be allowed more freedom. Verified users hopefully would cut down on the trolling. You could even have a verified only section where only those users have write permission and everyone else can only read. No clue if the technology of the board can handle that and apologizes if this was suggested in the past.

People complain more about Diagonal Blue then they do about losing to OSU every year.
