Not a conspiracy guy, but it's curious that this outcome is best for the winnder of The Game (likely big East champ) to be guaranteed at least a chance for the CFP. I never count out the sleaziness of Delaney.

There’s no reason to believe Dantonio was throwing this game. After watching I can only say MSU’s offense is absolutely awful. Their defense is pretty good. OSU’s offense is so-so, their defense is prob not as good as MSU’s. (as I watch some guy for Rutgers break one for a TD against us)
