So what? They said the same shit last year and look where it got us. If they can’t execute some of the basic plays, why bother trying to add more to the mix. They need to just get better at PUSHING the other team and worry less about not showing your hand.

The bears ran a nice play tonight. A zone read with an inside shovel pass to a TE. Would be fun to see this given our stable if blocky/catchy types.

I hope what’s left is a fuck load better than what we’ve seen—especially whatever they’re holding back on 3rd and short because if we can’t pick it up against Western and SMU we sure as shit aren’t gonna pick it up against Penn St or Ohio St or Wisconsin with what we’ve used so far.
