I think he's going to do good things here in AA, my only hope is we can keep him here for more than 2 years. If he works wonders with this offensive unit, his stock to become a HC goes through the roof.

This is sort of surprising. No Doug Karsch, which could signal any number of things. As far as replacing Beckman with Karsch, not sure his voice is up to the task even if he does have the background and knowledge. I mean he has a daily show on the radio, so clearly he is capable. Just not sure his voice is resonant enough for the job.

His offense is "tough", "physical", and "explosive"? I'm in.
And if he does well with the offense and leaves after two years, that's fine with me because:
- Presumably, it'd mean we had two good or great seasons
- Expands Michigan and Hoke's coaching tree
- Potential HC after Brady?
- Who says we can't get another home run hire?
That said, if he wants to pull a Narduzzi and field successful offenses at Michigan for a few years, I'm all in for that too. Good things all around with him, so far.
