Da'Shawn Hand visiting March 15-17

I'm impressed we're getting him on campus. When I heard of his Michigan interest, I didn't take it seriously. Michigan gets on plenty of top 5-10 lists for elite guys, but this is real.

that's even better.  That means he's getting the full tour (academic facilities, athletics, dorms, off-campus) most likely, which indicates (to me at least) he's seriously considering coming here.  So, it doesn't sound like one of those casual, quick visits to see if he likes the school at all.  

Wow, get the #1 recruit in the country on campus, for a whole weekend no less. This is a big deal. Hope Hoke and Mattison can work their magic.

If we land Hand I can only imagine the fear he would strike into other teams. I mean, even I get freaked out by Hand.  I think I already have a nickname for him as well...

A Midwest trip, it's specifically a Michigan trip. The weather probably won't matter. He visited Columbus for the game, cold wasn't a factor there. He'll likely spend time with the players and the staff and catch the start of spring ball that Saturday. His dad may be with him as well

So the coaches can line up the optimal set of recruits and signees to visit AA at the same time for Da'Shawn's benefit.

 

I imagine Shane will be on full recruiting mode. Hell, that might be one of those days you give ole Tom Brady and Charles Woodson a call and invite them to practice.
