We all knew he was back at practice, but it's great to hear he is in full pads and ready to go. Can't wait to watch him play.

Good to hear. I do hope the coaches are keeping an extra eye on him, but I can't wait to see what he can do. He's going to be a force on the line.

Both have the athleticism to play the 3-tech, but it's all about technique and lack of bodies (with regards to BWC not playing 3-tech much previously) to play NT. Will be nice if both can step up in short yardage situations and allow Black to move out to his more natural 5-tech, and Roh slide back to WDE.
