Never. Once the bowl matchups are set they aren't updated anymore.

The final BCS standings came out in December. The purpose of these standings is to set up the 1-2 matchup, and they determine whether or not a team is eligible for a BCS bowl. Post-bowl standings are not released.

Is it important?

Chuck Norris googles with only one thumb.

One Chuck Norris thumb=two normal human thumbs

The reason a lot of us like the board is there is a higher bar present for posting. Some of us self police the board.
Whether or not we go the extra mile when it comes to the self policing is variable.
January 11th, 2012 at 9:27 PM ^
there is no higher standard here. people make totally unfounded statements all the time that go unchecked as long as they are pro-Blue. people talking about how Shane morris deserved to be #1 in 247 is a prime example.

Compare this to any other sports blog and it's not even close. If you want to troll take it to mlive our espn. Also, we think Shane should be the top qb, not player.
(that's a good exempt of self policing)

Our=or, exempt = example. Just in case I was going to be policed.

posting for the simple fact of pointing out typos is worthless and there are multiple in every thread. that's not "policing the board", its douchebaggery.

Douchebaggery. "It's."

have you watched all of this Olsen kid's games? has anyone here? hoping he is (which I do, as a former catholic leaguer) is one thing, but I don't think many here are qualified to make such a statement. that was my point; a lot of uninformed opinions are allowed passes as long as they are pro-M. the fact that you call me a troll is a perfect example, just because I hope for more objectivity.

Whether or not Shane is the #1 QB is purely a matter of opinion. Generally poeple's opinions are accepted, as long as they aren't too ridiculous or offensive.
However, creating thread to ask a question that can easily be googled is something that's generally not accepted, as it just clutters the board. He wasn't asking for insight, or inside info, or for anyone's take on a situation. He asked a question that anyone can google, and that's both lazy and disrespectful.

Then why are your posts so lame?
January 11th, 2012 at 9:26 PM ^
The OP may feel like I do. I trust the answers, and links I get from here, more than google who may point you to a random/useless bleacher report article.
January 11th, 2012 at 10:41 PM ^
I do actually. This is the first place I go for something because there is a wealth of knowledge, and paranoid people here haha.
