picked up. Hell the Lions could use him as a nickel corner.

CBs are one of the deeper position for the Lions. You have Houston who is having a pro bowl year, Eric Wright who is having a solid year, Aaron Berry who is playing well. That did not include Alphonso Smith who has starting ability but is behind because of injuries at the beginning of the season. Brandon McDonald started for the Browns and is the 5th CB in depth chart.

Snary comments about Trent commencing in 3...2...

I don't see any references to hunters, fishermen, or spiders. Are you sure you didn't mean "snarky" or "smarmy?"

I think knowing the typical reaction to Trent on this blog, you could very well figure out I meant snarky. It was a typo, happens to everyone.

Snarky comments started about Trent because of snarky comments that he made to begin with.
Not all of us subscribe to the ex-player = infallible war hero philosophy.

As he left the team, Trent blamed Rich Rodriguez for being cut, saying he was too fatigued from all the extra stretching on Sundays to perform at the next level.

in my opinion by lasting this long in the NFL. This is probably one of those moves where he'll be signed to the Practice Squad for a minute and ultimately be back on the team before the season ends.

Pats need warm bodies in the secondary.
They waived Boden and put one of their CBs on IR before the Pittsburgh game.

it was from a lack of flexibility due to decreased stretching.

and that he finds a new team. He's always been a very good athlete. I will say I was one who complained loudly and often about his pass coverage skills. But, he's a Michigan Man who stayed and toughed it out, so I have a lot of respect for him.

I don't think "toughed it out" means what you think it means.

He was waved so he could join the British Army.

Did Ginn score again?
Like someone said before though, I'm surprised he made it this long as well.

"man without a country" alma mater wise???

I'm sure there are a couple of teams that could use a backup DB. Kid was kind of a jerk at UM, but he's got some speed, and that goes a long way in the NFL.

Good I don't like him. Half A'd it while a senior here, he was kind of like Mallett except not as high, maybe.

I hated watching him at M.... He really sucked and didn't deserve to see the field

Heck, I was surprised he ever put on an NFL uniform.
