I know someone will make a stupid mistake and draft him, but the kid has shown nothing worthy of making an NFL paycheck.

-not clutch (has he played well and/or won an important game in his life? maybe a few, but the guy is not clutch).

-makes Terrelle Pryor seem like a nice enough guy

Pass. he's a 'Can't [Not] Miss'. he's the orphaned offspring of Jeff George, Jamarcus Russell & Ryan Leaf with the upside of a bad Jay Cutler season.

I would almost like to see him get a chance to play a whole season just to see if he can set records for suckitude.

Arkansas is the clear winner for his choice to leave early. I don't think another year in college would do a damn thing for Mallett. He'd rack up the same 30 tds, 10-15 ints, with most of the positive stuff happening against the shit teams on their schedule.

I think Cam Newton gets the worst character assessment. Locker gets the worst ability assessment. Mallet gets his share in the character department, but Newton's assessment by 'a guy who never has an axe to grind' comes off as way more damning, in my opinion.
