Christine Michael and Marvin jones. Michael will get the majority of reps and is trying to win that starter spot, can't go wrong with a good receiver in that vertical Lions offense
Poor sportsmanship. Pretty sure it was the Atlanta Falcons who were caught using speakers to increase crowd noise, and they were punished with a fine and losing a draft pick. Don't understand why it's happening at Illinois, but they sure do need every advantage they can get.
Wilton Speight's progress in one week. 300 yards 4td's with a loaded box? Putting aside the fact that UCF is 1-13 in their last 14, 'twas a good day for him, the QB position is much further along in terms of production and development right now then it was at this point last season, and we ended up with a pretty solid QB last year. Oh the excitement for Michigan football this year!!
There was probably a few different reasons. There were some obvious kinks in the running game, plus the OL wasn't playing at full potential (which we know is what Harbaugh expects out of every position). IMO these reasons are primarily why Harbaugh left the starters in for longer than usual. Wilton Speight played well, and I assume Harbaugh left him in late to help him gain some confidence, he'll take every bit he can get as the end of our schedule is an absolute gauntlet on the road.
