need to get to the bottom of this with an Ace interview of Overall's Girl. Only way to put it to rest entirely, cut through the minutiae. If not, perish the thought, we might have less coed's attending which would be a bloody damn shame! It's already skewed as it is! Save us Ace.
will start for 2 or 3 yrs here. As for Urban... he is reminding me more and more of RR, national recruiting "his" type players... everyone is forgeting Meyer runs a "spread".... typical Ohio boys might not fit as well. Anyway... all the better for Hoke.... Smash Mouth football baby!!!

highlight tape I wonder why he wasn't more highly recruited/ But I think he orginally was a Purdue commit and they have had a decent history of top notch QB's. If he develops, I see him getting PT at some point in his career. Seems comfortable in the pocket or on the run.
playing hockey and was in a knee immoblizer for a week and didn't skate again for couple months. Would have to say Kovac's must have a very mild strain.
Lewan tried to scratch out Gholston's eyes prior to the punch, but obviously two wrongs don't make a right. Gholston showed his true colors the rest of the game, he seems like a head case. Better off without him, although at the time I was sad he chose sparty.
Regarding the game... we lost it in the trenches, and unlike ND where we were also beat in the trenches, we could not pull off a comeback. I am disappointed that we have so many Sr's on each Line yet still can not hang with the lines of the better teams we play. If this continues against Iowa, Cornhuskers and Ohio... could be trouble. I still see improvement over last yr 's squad however.
Low Scoring Game for sure now with these conditions. Cousins and the MSU O will have trouble moving the ball on the ground, but so will Mich., however not so much which means Mich wins a close one 17 - 13
very stange indeed... I thought DG should have came in earlier in the next to last drive. If DR would gotten hurt the coaching staff would never have heard the end to it. This is EMU not OSU, there was no need for him to play basically that whole game.
and is very deserving already of being called a Michigan Man for coming on board as a walk-on instead of going elsewhere as a scholarship player. Job Well Done Coach Hoke !!... could use that scholarship for more beef on the DLine
great stuff, appreciate your honest evaluation. I think we all thought ND had turned the corner with the win streak to close out the season last year. then this debacle at home even. left to wonder which ND team will show up under the lights. i expect their best effort and would not be surprised if they bounce back with a victory. that being said, they could very well wilt under the pressure/ high expectations and start 0 - 2. Mich for all their flaws that were evident Sat, could bring their A game and take it to the irish. game could be won/lost in 4th qtr (which mich has not played yet this year). Going to interesting, can't wait ! Go Blue !
had a good buddy flip his car resulting in severe brain injury. was in a medical coma for 10 days or so, had to drain the pressure off his skull. he is back to about 95% of what he was roughly 1 yr out from the accident. he had to do all the therapy and more from what is described. truly nobody thought he would ever come back if you saw him after the accident. that said, he wasnt an elite athlete, so not sure what the long term holds for Austin. one thing the doc's always said, everyone is unique and responds differently
throw back player indeed. i imagine they will try him at FB - the HB especially since that is a position of need, very thin there. at any rate, he will contribute, might not be all conference but a heck of player to have on your squad that gives a coach options
I pray that he makes a full and speedy recovery. Does anyone know the extent of his wounds? I can only imagine if he does recover and is able to take the court one day to play for Michigan. That is one game I would not want to miss, his first time in front of the Crisler fans. What a moment for him it would be, all the best to this young Michigan Man. !! God Speed !
if he takes care of business in Summer School and then completes his Sr yr anything is possible. Did he take his ACT yet with the rest of the Jr's throughout the state?
I really like this pick up because he could play DE or TE down the road. Obvious Red Shirt his frosh year b/c he is so thin/ raw. Should not impact Wormley decision which I still believe is a Michigan lean.
he is a strong runner, but know way he has the deceptive foot work Touchdown Tim had, that being said, obviously we need premier RB's and you take him, no questions asked.
If JT is out for the duration, I don't like our chances one bit. Come on people, we got Wikileaks releasing classified documents about the Club Gitmo inmates and we can't find out the real details on a college pitcher (women's softball at that). Weak sauce people !
I have had both shoulders scoped at one time or another in my life. I just hope JT injury is not to that extent. I wonder if she has had a shot yet, to calm down the joint? This is SOP when treating a shoulder. A MRI would tell if anything is damaged, I wonder if someone can dig into these details for us?
these last two LB's are both top notch, better than the two OL recruits. setting a good stage for the future. this will be a small class but top notch quality. may not be highly rated since the services base their ratings on number of high recruits, therefore a small number of high recruits wont get a much love

Does he get that rod taken out, is it out already or does it remain in place forever?
Inquiring minds.
Are Rapture Guy & Screamer Girl an item? together?
Just wondering
Amen!
Get him Hoke! ....Lock him in!

can cram it, bunch of dickweeds !!
DR executed the game plan to perfection, Hoke is not going to run him to death like RR did last year.
where was the sound on the 1903 clip? They need to mic the QB next time, you know the guy you never see !

but UNLV did seem to run on them fairly consistent
Still, don't see anyone beating them, look really strong, balanced, upper classman led team

Lets switch to the Wishbone !!
the Irish look lame, they've got some strip work on top of the pads too
they're always second best
that was touching, very moving.

seems we are over stocked now at LB as we were during RR regime with Wide Outs'
I see a few of them bolting a year or two down the road

would like to see Ryan play some this year, but he needs more time to develop fully, another year of seasoning IMO
