The blog did a post a year or two ago on smoked chicken wings and they are seriously life changing. I brine mine beforehand and smoke them for like 3 hours low and slow with a BBQ rub on them - truely they don't even need sauce at that point.

Seth, think you're confusing Georgia State with Georgia Southern in your analysis of Wisconsin (only reason I know differently is I now reside in the Peach State).
Georgia State is the program who was created in 2010 and is all time 17-53
Georgia Southern is the team that beat Florida without throwing a pass (in which two Gators blocked themselves).

They were a bowl team last year, but got waxed and finished 6-7. They are winless this year.
Kind of a cool story though, they are buying Turner Field when the Braves leave and are going to play their home games there.
