It would be interesting to see the old design next to the new and improved. Concerning the mouth, I like it open, but I think it may be a bit too far open. When a dog is growling/sizing a person up, its mouth is barely open. Having the mouth so open kind of reminds me of Brak, the special ed. alien from Space Ghost Coast to Coast.
