Here's what the new Kyle Field(current capacity 106,000) looks like:
Old vs New:
A&M now has the largest scorboard in all of college football. Texas is supposedly working on expanding DKR to 115,000. Not sure it's a good idea, they had 93,000 in Charlie Strongs first game and last year they only had 100,000+ twice.
LSU also finished expanding Tiger Stadium and now seats 102,321.
North Texas @ Texas Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium Attendance: 93,201
This number is stunning to me. Texas with a new coach(start of a new era) and it was not enough to crack the 100,000 mark. Bedford even called out Longhorn fans https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8hkm7R2CupE
Used to be a big fan, but he's love for PSU is just absurd. I don't know how many times we have to hear the story about what a great leader Mike Mauti was.
