That was my guess. I remember last year they ran a little over. I'm guessing this year they stopped for the public portion and continued on to the maize submarine. There wasn't as big of a crowd, so it makes sense to simulate noise without ~800 onlookers
I noticed Brian Cole on the sideline in uniform before the game, but didn't see him at all during the practice. I was also thinking that he could be injured.
For the uniforms, I didn't notice the helmets being a different color than the pants, but the jersey maize and pants maize was quite different. Hopefully the uniform color is more like the pants and less like the goal posts.
I noticed Seychel looking the best kicking. I only saw him miss one, and it was a 45-50 yard kick. Allen was the other guy kicking and his seemed to float along. Still fairly accurate, but Seychel looked better to my untrained eye.
There was some pressure (Peppers most noticably) but it didn't look like either side was expecting too much pressure - one guy would run in but none of the blocks looked as serious as a game situation.
Random observation: The offense wore white and the defense was in blue, but Charlton was the only blue shirt on the kicking team. Seemed a little out of place.
It wasn't always Malzone holding the ball during field goals - O'Neill did it several times that I noticed. It's a little confusing since they have the same number.

I definitely noticed Mo Ways on a couple of plays - I think he was playing with the 2s. But yeah, I didn't see anything from Dukes or Jones.
