I agree that Harbaugh is a done deal, but for a different reason: timing. If we weren't getting Harbaugh, we would have a coach already. Simple as that. Someone like Mora, for example, would've been announced last week. He'd be using this time to assemble his staff and, more importantly, to get a big, big headstart in recruiting. This is why schools like Florida and Nebraska already have new coaches. Point is this: why would we chance valuable time on anyone but a marquee hire? Swim lanes, guys...
