This is the retort to your argument: If we are the worst team in the big ten, then we made zero improvement since last year.
To me, that looks just as bad. You can't even say the conference is better this year than last year.
but the excitement of bringing in slot ninjas and 'dude, totally owning the big ten' is over.
I don't think he's a great coach. He's certainly not the coach we all made him out to be. He's made questionable decisions this game, last game, last year, this year.
Plus, we're playing Illinois man. This is the worst team in the Big Ten. They're last in most ofeensive and defensive categories.
The team DOES NOT take care of the ball and fumbles all the time. It's not all on the players. They don't tuck the ball in. Punt returners are lined up too far from the kick. Stupid, sloppy, CORRECTABLE things that just don't get corrected.
Turnovers are random and all that blah blah blah, so judging by being 110th and 100th in turnover margin last year and this year, they should be fucking #1 in turnover margin next year right?
EDIT: I'm not saying he should be fired at all. I realize firing him would be terrible for the program. I guess I'm saying that instead of winning a NC in the next 5 years, I think our ceiling is much lower than I originally thought when he was hired.
my bad. come to think of it, maybe Roh should move to safety. Anyone see him play that pass perfectly and chop down on the TE's arms when he was about to catch the ball. He had tighter coverage than I've seen from the corner opposite DWarren so far.
He's a very solid tackler. He made some sure tackles on the MSU backs today, especially that last 3rd and 3 in the 4th quarter. I think he's quick enough to cover TE's so a move to the Deathbacker might be a good move next year.
The Wolf needs to talk to whoever came up with that poll. I have a sneaky suspicion that Tate will struggle multiples times during the B10 schedule. Also, I don't know if we're actually good. MSU hung with ND, just like us and probably should have won but of course, Sparty NOOO happened.
Sparty lost to CMU and should have beat the same team we beat... on the road. Would we have beaten ND on the road? I'm not sure. Either way, I think the hype surrounding this team is premature. If we wax Indiana and take care of MSU handily on the road... then I will be sucking on the Michigan hype popsicle.
this is a stupid argument. Odoms isn't even a speedy guy. Not to mention you don't list any defensive players. Defense is half the team too. Florida is and will continue to be one of the fastest teams in the country for years to come. Dumb post.

You want to stay downtown and take the MARTA to the stadium for the game.
There'sa bunch of hotels on Peachtree that are within walking distance of the MARTA. Marriott, Westin, Ritz are the ones that come to mind.

we had the same issue last year. We THOUGHT we had a good starting CB tandem with Boubacar and Warren but look how that turned out.
