Everything I've read and heard is that Bosch

has some personal challenges that are not conducive to him being a productive member of the football team. It's impossible to judge without knowing the details, but this sounds and smells like something that's best for both sides. It's too bad when a good recruit doesn't pan out, but Harbaugh is going to HARBAUGH without Kyle Bosch just fine.

I heart Weis. I hope he stays forever and ever. I love him and his fat, bloated everything. Unless, of course, ND plans on hiring John Cooper. But my totally unscientific analysis predicts ND gives him one more year before firing him. The recruits!
He couldn't. RR was smart to replace any coach who had interviewed to replace Lloyd. As a total newcomer to the program, he couldn't have people working for him that wanted his job. Especially considering the politics inside Schembechler, RR needed to surround himself with people he trusted and who were loyal to him. FWIW, I respect RR's loyalty to his staff. I do miss English's west coast recruiting connections, however. Although the new staff's reach in to places like Florida is most definitely a net gain.
MGoBlog Virginity Post says: Amen. Whatever degree of the "we didn't have to be THIS bad in 2008" game you want to play, we were going to be really, really bad this year no matter what. Blaming Rodriguez for whatever mistakes he did make might release horrible emotional anguish from the bowels of your soul, but it doesn't change the fact that this program had fundamental problems rotting away at it's very core.
