Anyone with info, it's appreciated...  Rivals has something up about a re-opening and his picture...   that "soft" might be getting softer?

Sorry, no double post intended...  "more bad news" wasn't there seconds before mine....

Well considering he was always talking about taking official vists to other schools, he was pretty much a soft verbal.  Still awhile to go for signing day, so hopefully Michigan coaches and his Cass Tech teammates can get in his ear and convince to rejoin the faithful.

He has told people he's "most likely" still going to Michigan, so this one seems different than the Newsome decommit, after which he was gone-gone. I still think he ends up in the class.

  1. Big name recruits lack of faith in his system at Michigan?
  2. RR does not know how to handle big name recruits?
  3. Recruits thinking they won't get prepared for the NFL?
  4. Negative recruiting from every coach in the country not affiliated with Michigan
I really hope this does not become a reoccuring theme this year with Michigan having a not so great year.

The way Rodriguez pulled together last year's class makes me confident that he can close the deal on top level recruits. It's bad that Campbell is looking around, but there's absolutely no accounting for the fickle minds of 18 year old kids. RR will keep selling his snake oil until signing day, and in the end I bet we have another top ten class.

This obviously isn't good but Campbell has been talking about taking his visits since he "committed" as a high school junior.

Oh, and I pick 4.

he's always planned on visiting other schools, and i remember him saying that he wouldn't travel anywhere if he had to pay for it. can anyone explain to me how official visits work? who pays the travel expenses? i mean do schools bother paying for kids who are firmly committed elsewhere? i'm really reaching here aren't i?

Baleedat - yeah, it's completely possible. The kid has been talking about visting the state of California for MONTHS.
