On any other team with a good coaching staff, Charbonnet is the highlight RB delivering with solid yardage game in/game out.  At Michigan he falls into the ether, then (likely) transfers.  Another recruiting "win" that will end up with almost no measurable advantage.

WTF is the point in getting excited about high profile recruits under this regime?

Rumors of him transferring to usc are all over the internet and have been for weeks, but it hasn't been posted on mgoblog..

Him not being there today pretty confirms it id expect

Wouldn't be shocked by him transferring. His dad has been vocal on Twitter about his lack of carries and he's been completely absent in games despite being the RB 1a last year

Charbs shouldve got 12 carries a game minimum. Anything short of that is on the coaches. I understand if someone is blowing it up but if not you go with the proven running back. Its a real shame. Im not taking anything away from Corum or Haskins but speed in space with your top back getting 4 carries a game. Fuck these guys. Killed any high end athletes coming from Socal anytime soon.

I really like him, but he's just not as good as Haskins.  I honestly don't mind if he decides to go elsewhere if we land Edwards.  But, it's starting to look like a real possibility we don't have either in 2021, which leaves the depth a little dicey for 2022.
