When was the last time Michigan has had such poor talent at RB?

I have been a fan since 1983 and cannot remember a time when Michigan has had such poor talent at RB.  Michigan will never be able to challenge for the B10 without a legit threat to take it to the house.  Maybe nepotism needs to end and Jay Harbaugh should go.

Zach Charbonnet is an elite RB.  UM should have let him have surgery after Army and he would have run wild on Penn State tonight.

The primary issue QB play.  Shea is not the answer.

The running backs are far from Michigan’s biggest problem, or even top 5. 1) QB play sucks, 2) Defense collapses against any offense with a pulse; 3) Coaching is beyond atrocious, 4) WR can’t catch or run where the space is, and 5) Blocking all-around blows.

do you see a lot of holes opening up today?  Any time the team plays bad count on at least 1 idiot blaming it on Jay, even though the positions he's coached have performed well each year...

But nevermind all that, this team is sucking because Nepotism!!

Let me clarify...this team isn't sucking because of Nepotism.  One of the real reasons this offense really struggles is it has zero running back threat.  None.  Even the commentators mentioned it.  It just so happens Jay Harbaugh coaches this group.

When is the last time we had a threat to taking it to the house?!?

Higdon was solid but wasn’t breaking one. Illinois back looked speedy today.

ZC’s high school taped showed absolutely nothing.  He was a bigger, older kid running over kids two years younger than him.   He is Kevin Grady.

Charbenete is going to be at least a 3 year all American before he leaves Michigan.

The last time a true freshman was the #1 at Michigan Mike Hart... before that like 30 years.

Hopefully, he has a real RB coach for his last 3 years. and an OL

I really think talent is there, but experience is not. This season has been disappointing, but the experience level is not where it was even last year.
