It's not happening. No self respecting NFL coordinator would take a massive paycut to join a collegiate coaching staff. I can't believe that there actually seems to be some people that think this is even a possibility. It isn't.

Ugh. No, he didn't... he said Shaffer would be fired in the middle of January and replaced by Tubberville, LeBeau or Rex Ryan. It was an odd coincidence that Shaffer resigned soon after, but he didn't "call" anything.

I don't think we're getting Rex Ryan mainly cause the Lions are also looking at him not cause he'd look at Michigan as a downgrade.

Norm Chow was FIRED by the Titans.
And, yes, ANY current NFL coordinator who is worth a damn would look at a collegiate coordinator job as a HUGE downgrade.

What would I do if, in the incredibly unlikely event that THE KNOWLEDGE is right (about anything)?
Double check the coaching staff roster to make certain that Steve Sarkisian is not our head coach.

That is kind of what I figured. The question was simply hypothetical. THE KNOWLEDGE being right about Rex Ryan is so far-fetched that he would have to be psychic or invisible to pull out such a prediction. In which case, I would pay him to post exclusively on MgoBlog.

Also, that would be awesome seeing what he would do with Campbell. I would like to see him end up on whatever NFL team Ryan is with when he does go pro, because Ryan really likes moving his personal around. With an athlete like Campbell he could really get creative with dropping his DT's back into coverage and moving them around presnap, not that he isn't already.
