video was okay, but what stood out to me is how far my own athleticism has fallen!!! not to say i ever was in the shape these guys are in, but... if someone tackled me nowadays, im fairly certain it would take me an hr to get back up.

Of course, that's because I'd be carted off on a stretcher after having collapsed from heat exhaustion.
I threw out my back just watching the video.
Much kudos to showing the aspect of taking a break and playing video games on Wednesday. Mental health is important, so allowing these "kids" to unwind is so important.
