Another doublheader. Holiday Bowl w/ Nebraska vs Arizona is later Right now, Humanitarian Bowl between BGSU and Idaho Tune in for a little advance scouting for next September Line was Idaho -1, O/U 70 I took BGSU in today's Bowl Chronicles at my blog.....and, I like that Over too, but the JCB promised no totals this year after getting waxed in totals last bowl season. I cant see either team scoring less than 30

Nebraska/Arizona sounds like a winner. I don't much care about the bowl season this year, but it would seem that this would be a decent game to watch. Lincoln should be cold this time of year while Nebraska has tradition and a hungry and rabid fan base. They should travel well and seem to have a halfway decent team at this point. Arizona is a program on the rise with a hot coach of close relation to a God-like coach. They are also pretty darn close to this venue and should send their share of fans. Evenly matched opponents + lots of fans - I couldn't care less who wins = probably worth watching

Idaho ties it up! What an exciting game. I never would have expected this game to be interesting at all. Whoever is calling the game is doing a fantastic job too. He went nuts about every touchdown at the end of the game. Edit: Idaho converted the 2 point conversion to win it. What a ballsy decision, and it paid off.

I know Suh is a great player and was probably the best player in country (Gerhart a close second in my opinion) but I am already sick of the commentators talking about how great he is. He's good, I get it... enough already

Nebraska's defense is just fun to watch. They are having their way with Zona right now and god do I love watching a good defense completely dominate another team. Here's to the new year!

Wow, that Idaho-Bowling Green game was something. Worst defense I have ever seen (yes, I watched Michigan the last two years), some putrid coaching decisions and adjustments, but man, that game was an instant classic of no consequence.
