Vote for which 2019 catch was better

We’ve seen a couple extraordinary catches this year by our wide receivers but two come to mind especially— the DPJ touchdown catch versus Indiana, and the Ronnie Bell full extension catch versus Wisconsin (I don’t give a rip that it was reversed, for the record).  My money is on Ronnie’s but I just watched Michigan Replay and DPJ’s catch was awesome. What’s your vote?

P.S. Shea’s quote on the show was just all kinds of excellent— “Business trip for us, everything is leading up to next week. [Indiana was a] Good ball team, good coach, pretty good atmosphere, but we just felt like they were in the way.”

Needless to say, if you have other candidates, bring ‘em up!  Nico has had some great catches, and his body of work is up there, but the aforementioned two stick out to me.

Uhm, where are we supposed to vote? Just give our opinion here? DPJ's catch was great, but I'd like to bring up the catch Sainristil made towards the end of the Indiana game. At speed, moving to his left, over the shoulder. Then, he had the presence of mind to stay in bounds too; I tell you, we got a sweet core of receivers. Looking forward to seeing what they can do against Ohio State.

I'm agreeing on Sainristil. That was one of the coolest catches! And I haven't seen anyone talk about it until I saw your comment.

Don't leave out Giles Jackson. He makes it look easy.

The DPJ TD catch though, was probably the best catch in a long time at Michigan.

But for best overall WR: it's clearly Nico Collins.

This wins:

This is second, a catch no one is talking about, but one that has superstar written all over it:

But this man is the best WR on the team. We didn't see enough of him:

Honorable mention for Bell's over-the-shoulder catch and run vs MSU. Yeah, the defender had fallen down. But that ball was not easy to reach, and he not only got under and snagged it, he kept his footing and damn near reached the endzone.
