The pros regularly changes their signs to avoid getting tipped off by opposing team. There usually an indicator that begins the action the manager wants.

And one to end it. Signs typically have to be within a "box" of signs for the play to be on. Just slightly more complicated than the "touch the belt means bunt" high school days, haha.

So, dumb question,

I was reading about this in a California newspaper and someone said his family is still in the Bay Area. Is he looking to move his family?

Not that I have any criticism for the Coach, but it does speak to his long term plans.

Of course, it could be he just wants to wait till the school year is out.

Lol. The wife said to me this morning, "so uh Harbaugh left Michigan? Because I saw him coaching 1st base for Oakland" my response was of course no he didn't leave Michigan he's just being awesome in Oakland on his days off.
