Video: #CassTechMovement - Recruit Highlights

Submitted by FanNamedOzzy on

Hey guys - I collaborated with Corey Malone-Hatcher once again to create another video. This one is for both of Michigan's main Cass Tech targets - Donovan Peoples-Jones and Jaylen Kelly-Powell.

Took some of your advice and used the clean version of the song - hope you all enjoy!

leakage to OSU. 3 guys from Michigan and 2 from Cass Tech started for OSU last night. Shows the quality of players in this state and the need to lock down the notion that the best players in Michigan go to Michigan. 2017 seems to be the year that happens.

That's incorrect. The concept of team unity providing greater strength than the aggregate of individual efforts holds beyond the Michigan football team. It applies in the military and in business.

I don't think guys like Rob Lytle, Charles Woodson and Desmond Howard consider themselves to be OSU rejects.

This may be your best work. I don't really care about language in music but in the other videos the language was way too frequent for it to not distract from the video. This song doesn't have a lot of cursing so it would've worked either way.

Edit: Also like the lyrics "Balling, Jordan" coinciding with Jourdan Lewis' INT

I've become more selective about the music I've been choosing. While it is mainly for the recruits, it just doesn't make sense to have songs with a lot of cursing. So it was good feedback from the board to cut down on that.

Glad you caught the "Ballin, Jordan" bit! Thought it was a cool little detail to include. Those lyrics combined with the play from JKP gave me the idea.

Nice work, hope we can get both of these guys. I don't care about locking down the state, I think we want the best recruits no matter where they are, and these are 2 of the best.

Looking at the top in-state recruits per 247 composite rankings...we have potential to seriously take back the recruiting momentum in the state. Out of the composite 4* prospects, we are favored for the top 5 and 7/9. Interestingly, the 2 going elsewhere currently actually attend high school in Ann Arbor. Of those, not sure about simmons but rison isn't really an issue because we are likely to have 4 WRs in this class all who appear to be more highly touted.

You killed it man! That's evolution for you as an artist! You gave a quality product that is available to all ages well done bro. I really liked the song choice and how u put Jourdan Lewis in there. You have a gift man and by using the advice you were given you made that gift available for the world to see. Good luck and great job.
