I'm not sure how embedding works for instagram videos.

They got a technical foul because the entire team rushed the court to celebrate the shot.

"We've hit buzzer beaters and won league championships, but I haven't experienced a better moment on the basketball floor than that," Adams said Thursday. "Everyone was so excited for him. The whole bench was on the floor. The refs had no choice to call a tech for game interruption, but it was worth it. It was unbridled joy. There were parents weeping in the stands, half of our guys were crying. It was an unbelievable moment."
Check out the link because there are lots of good quotes towards the end.

The power of the keyboard and the ability to hide behind a monitor.  Not to mention the complete detatchment of a social network that requires real human interaction and emotion has turned/raised a lot of people into complete jerks.   The scary part is they think they are funny, they have no idea how to interact with real people.  To me that is what makes it so damn scary.

There's no way to talk about this without becoming all soft and gooey, because this kid's story stands out as maybe the best of all of the other Michigan stories I've ever heard.  His approach to his situation is a great gift to us all.

On a less serious note, can anyone get the video to work w/out having an Instagram account?

I was excited to hear he could even walk and process like a normal human being again.  I would have been excited for him if he never played another minute but graduated from the University of Michigan.

This is a bonus, but I still think the same way: I am happy that Michigan will honor his scholarship agreement and hope that he can fulfill his dreams off of the court.
