I dumped the Dope

Nice to see our future players doing well on the camp & training circuit.

I hope he can continue to develop, train & play injury free, I have high hopes for Roy Manning back there to take these guys (G. Thomas and others) to the next level when they come out of the tunnel in the winged helmet.

Looking forward to Fall already! 8-)

A couple of things...I think Nuss is going to unwrap something we have never seen the likes of, at some point.  It could be a full on spread offense (on specific plays or drives) running plays as fast as Indiana, my guess is Captain Nick never let him explore all of the things that he wanted to do.

Consider what Beilein does by changing up defenses, that throws some teams for a loop while they are adjusting as the game clock is running.  I'd say its proven very successful thus far.

There's a certain advantage in not being ploddingly predictable, the yang being that you get so complex that you do nothing well (I think maybe we've been there already) although Borges was called out as being imminently predictable by Nebraska defesive players.

I think Nuss is a driven person, by his own ambition and passion for the game, he's coached championship football, he definitely upped McCarron's game from a guy to handoff the ball and make a 4 yard throw to a TE on 3rd down to someone blowing up the secondary at times.

Say what you want about the Spring Game, personally I think its a smoke screen, "Michigan has to start another freshman on the OL, Tee Hee!" (Mason Cole)  That's what's going to be in all of the media all summer long.  Obviously we will have to wait and see what comes out of the Tunnel on Aug 30th but Nuss didn't help win those NCs at Bama by being lazy nor stupid.

My apologies for going tangential on the talented Mr. Kinnell.  We can't wait to see you on the field!
