Tonight is the last college sporting event of 2018-19
And we’re playing it. This has been nothing but a dream for many years as the Michigan Athletics season usually ended with Track at the NCAA Championships in the second week of June.
It’s June 26 and we still got a team playing.
Savor this and enjoy it because offseason sucks and it’s a long way until August 22.
Regardless of what happens tonight, this has been a thrill ride like none I’ve ever experienced with any Michigan team. Warms my heart to see Michigan Baseball finally getting the spotlight it deserves.
18-19 was a banner year for Michigan sports. Imagine the joy of ending it with a national championship! 19-20 shows great promise as well...

While we don't have any titles, we've had an awfully nice year or so. A basketball final appearance, hockey frozen four, baseball CWS final appearance, and I'm sure more that I'm forgetting.
Hopefully baseball can give us a cherry on top
Numerous B1G titles and 2nd place in the Directors Cup. WD can provide more detail with his limitless time and passion (which I fully admire)
We only lead the B1G in Championships won with 10 in 2018-19.

In the last 22 years we've played for the national title in football, basketball, hockey, softball and now baseball - plus numerous individual sports. Not bad.
