Another ACC Roullette go around. GT (+13.5) is up 7 early.
ESPNU has the MAC mtchup between Buffalo and Ohio(-16.5). RAWRCATZRAWR!
ESPN recruited an Erin Andrews clone in Jenn Brown.
A clone of Denard is playing tonight
Unfortunately he can only run and can't pass for shit
"He should be gone" haha
I have no idea how good defenses could have trouble with GaTech's offense - just put 9 in the box and bet them to throw.
This year? Yup. I wouldn't have dared do that with Demaryius Thomas on the outside, though. This year they don't have receivers.
Justcoverblog.com picked GA TECH +13. Looking good so far!
YOU KNOW IT! MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICH
i live in VA and vt fans think that they are Gods gift to the world they try to agruee with me that tech could beat michigan in there prime and there a bettter program yeah sorry you play in the Almost College Conference aka the ACC no one plays in that shity ass place and they want michigan to come down and play them on a thursday night game hahahaha yeah right why would we if you want to play big colleges you have to go to them first not the other way around so i hate vt and wtf is a hokie
Some of them are realistic but others like me know this team chokes all the time in the big game, and isn't championship worthy
Always blows some game that costs them a shot at the championship
Hokie is a slang term used in an old cheer. Read a fucking book for once.
I thought texting while driving was illegal.
I have no idea what GT was doing there. If you are going for it, just go for it. Don't try to hold your linemen waiting for another offsides.
Good game so far. IF the Jackets can pull this off, the Coastal Race is officially ON for the rest of November
But, Taylor has picked up his game the last couple possessions, so here come the Hokies
Yeah, babby. Nice pick!
Who said a 3 man rush wouldn't work?! And really, why would he take that interception back? why not kneel in the endzone?
And a very dumb decision by the GT defensive back to run it out from the endzone, and then half-assedly go out of bounds at the 7 yard line. If you're going to run it out like that, you had better damn well get to the 20.
Amen... terrible decision by Tyrrod, he had a guy open in the middle of the endzone... he also still had time. Bad decision by the DB. Just take a knee, no need to be a hero... but WOW, fumble on the punt!
It's like last year all over again, VT can't defend that kind of offense, they had over a week to prepare!
I didnt like that INT as much as the last one and now Nesbitt is down
Poop, hope Nesbitt is okay. Major mistake.
Nesbitt down. :|
One terrible pass deserves another!
Why is Lou Holtz giving lifestyle advice to a young Sebastian Bach?
This might be a retarded question, but how would our defense fair against GT's offense? Does anyone think we'd have a shot?
With a bunch of LBs that don't have any clue what they're supposed to be doing? Probably not great.
I suppose any success realistically would step from the d-line pushing that o-line back and disrupting their pitches. I'd love to see Michigan vs GaTech... the rushing yards would be absurd in that game. Although, GaTech looks like a solid tackling team.
What a gutsy coach. Backup QB, fourth down, on the road at midfield. Eh, go for it.
They've gone for it on fourth 26 times this season
Lot of GT injuries tonight
Good win for VT
What a game
It's always weird to me when the overwhelming favorite at home have it's fans run on the field after beating another team. You never see Michigan fans storming the Big House field after a win over an unranked Minnesota team. Act like you've been there before, Va Tech.
Come to think of it I can't think of any time U-M students have rushed the field. At least in recent memory.
Just got off the friend with a friend who was at the game in the south end zone. Apparently no one was planning to do anything like rush the field until an ESPN producer or someone else in authority had the ground crew open the stairs so students could go onto the field. What he saw was a guy with an ESPN jacket, followed by a camera crew, talking with the stadium security then waving his arms and shouting for the students to go onto the field.
Watching the game from a bar, I thought the whole rushing the field thing was kind of strange, too.
Yes, I noted the same thing. When I was an undergraduate at VT we only rushed the field once, and that was when Miami lost and VT ended Miami's huge winning streak they had going.
I've been to a lot of close VT games and back then we didn't get out on the field, now it happens all the time now. It's not just VT, Oregon rushed the field against Stanford and Oregon was favored.
How sad was it to watch GT have better athletes on D than UM? wtf. They have a first year DC, Al Grohl how used to be the Headcoach at Virginia. I thought their D played pretty well for having a brand new coach and scheme. Again wtf.
