I'll be catching the Auburn/UK game (wow UK is 4-1?), bouncing back/forth with the Hawks/Saints and for desert UCLA & Stanford although this is close to REM sleep time!

Western Kentucky is favored by 33 over North Texas.  I think that's the biggest line this weekend.  North Texas has made a coaching change, also, although it's taken a backseat (rightfully so) to the more high-profile dismissals.  North Texas fired Dan McCarney after losing their homecoming game 66-7 to PORTLAND STATE.

There's also a Game 5 in the NLDS, but this is a football thread.

"The Mercedes-Benz Super Dome" that is.  Been at a conference this week and we have our big party tonight.  If it's lame, I'll get a ticket and catch the Falcons.

You know what pisses me off?

Stanford is in Palo Alto, but also in Stanford, CA?

PSU is in University Park, but also in State College?

WTF.

Damn I love Thursday football games (NCAA, of course). They're especially fun when I'm off tomorrow, so I can watch the really late game.

Announcers just reported that Muschamp thinks Blake Countess is the best player on the Auburn defense... I mean, he was pretty good a few years ago for us but, best player on their defense? That's sayin something about Auburn's defense.
