One question from the video - who was the QB wearing #18? The spring roster has James Rogers as the only 18, but this young man didn't ...eh, how do you say... look a whole helluva lot like Rogers.

some things of note... notice michigan running the insdie zone play at the begining, notice how the tackles are ridding the ends.. like i said they do... good video in light of the convo we had earlier.. 2nd notice, the defense running through their zone blitzes real fast clip at 2:03 also notice all the time spent on the timming and execution of the recievers and qbs throughout the pracitce in regards to the bubble, and the wr tunnel screen.. these are so important to RR version of the zone read offense.. 253 scoop and score drills. bend the knees scope with both hands, pinkies togther, some coaches like it better if you come to the side of the ball, to scoup to the outside of your legs... to keep from runnign over it, looks like that is what they are doing.... pass rush drills... connecting the feet to the arms... every upper body move must be accomponied by the lower body possitiong the body to attack with force, and keep the oline off of the jersey.. its really about attacking eith the upper body without giving up your body to be leaned on and held by a big tackle... the michigan drill is nothing more than "oklahoma", every program in america does something like that...

i love how quickly they practice... the offense looks a step quicker with Tate in there and he does have a quick release. 18 Jack Kennedy looks athletic throwing the ball too. Team looks lean and just a bit quicker than last year.

Vincent Smith is going to get some PT this year, imo. Seemed like an obvious redshirt candidate b/c of his lack of size, but he's built (no pun intended) for this offense, and we lack many others with his skill for this offense.
