its a shame Lawrence Thomas goes to Renaissance and we have treated players from that school so poorly in the past.

In what way have we treated players from there poorly? Seems to me that they(the players) have been the ones to screw up, not Michigan.

The coach there complained that RR was treating players from that hs poorly. One of them is a current grad assistant, so the whole idea is a joke, Dantonio's just in hie ear a lot. It's an MSU pipeline school...

2) Hard to believe there is a 327-pound 16-year-old out there named Willie Beavers (we gotta get that guy!).

I have been around Southfield-Lathrup's program for some time now, Willie Beavers has a ways to go before he can be considered elite, in my opinion. He is still too lazy at this point! He also wouldn't be able to handle the academic standards of U of M. Sorry to be the bearer of this news, he is highly unlikely to end up in the Maize and Blue!

What's the deal with Willie Snead? Him and his dad were at Holland Christian last year for one year and win a State Title and just leave to Heights. Not interested in building anything?

has great potential and for a man like Snead coming from The Muck, I can understand why working with kids at the Heights would be more personally rewarding than maintaining Holland Christian.
Regarding Sam's dozen, and fwiw, Scout lists Zettel's M interest level as high.
