Random stat: Michigan has a losing record against only 2 FBS teams (min. 5 games)

For no apparent reason, I was perusing the Michigan page on Winsipedia today and noticed that we have an all-time losing record (min. 5 games) against only two FBS teams: Alabama (2-3) and USC (4-6).

I think every other team has more, but I didn't check everyone. Looking just at the teams that are up in the stratosphere with us for all-time winning percentage (>.700), they've each got 5 such teams except for USC, which has 3:

Ohio State 5: Alabama, Clemson, Stanford, USC, and of course us (GO BLUE!)
Alabama 5: Louisiana Tech, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Texas, and TCU
Notre Dame 5: Clemson, Florida State, Nebraska, Ohio State, and of course us (GO BLUE!)
Oklahoma 5: Clemson, Miami, Notre Dame, Texas, and USC
USC 3: Alabama, Notre Dame, and TCU
Texas 5: Notre Dame, Penn State, UCLA, USC, and Vanderbilt

I like our chances of evening the score against USC, maybe even starting this year. And once they have to start playing us here, we can start to balance out their home-field advantage in the series--they have only ever played in Ann Arbor once.

Alabama will never play us in a situation where our programs are on equal footing and most certainly not in a home and home situation. They are pusses.

USC has the more respectable record against us of the two. Once they are in the Big 10 though, it will be over for them in regards to a winning record just as it has been with Penn State.
