He only had one go over 40 yards though, and only one inside the 20, so it's not because he was trying to coffin corner.

To be fair, he hasn’t gotten much practice this season.
(in fairness, his range wasn’t huge today but his hang time is elite, and that’s important where preventing a shot at a return is the mission)

Going to need to block a punt in one of the playoff games, can't miss their shot like tonight.
Robbins had a couple good punts in second half. One was 49yrds from their own 10. The other was a short one that was downed at the 12, he had been struggling on those. He's been inconsistent all year but hopefully those 2 will give him some confidence.

They missed that fake. But this team has got what it takes to make a play when needed. I am looking forward to how they scheme it in playoff. ST will be a huge asset in playoff. I am sure of it.

i actually think they reacted pretty well to it. The way the play was designed was very clever...two lead blockers hard to stop when they only needed 4 yards. Defense was ready for the fake punt I felt.

Loved the 2PT play. The punt block was missed by a fingertip -- I think he was actually past the ball?
Straight cash Moody again, and Robbins' punt from deep in our own territory was nice.
Got got on their fake, but sometimes you get got, I guess. As I said, we should have had a block of our own.....

Moody is Moody. But Robbins' punting has been a little underwhelming lately. Seems like he's been rushing it or something since he had one blocked.
