PSA - Masters Final Round schedule

Submitted by ijohnb on April 13th, 2019 at 9:00 PM

Just finished watching today’s coverage.  Quite a tournament.  For those of you who are interested and usually watch the Masters even if not big into golf or didn’t watch today, tomorrow could be a spectacle.  Tiger Woods is absolutely obliterating the ball and is in the final group.  After watching his drives on 17 and 18, anybody who wants to beat him better bring their A game.

With that said, if you have not heard, there is an enormous weather front barreling down on Augusta expected tomorrow around 4.  In order to get the tournament in, they will be playing in threesomes tomorrow, going off 9 and 18, and the leaders are teeing off at 9:20(!) AM.  For casual fans who still treat Masters Sunday as appointments viewing, may want to note it and adjust your schedule accordingly.

Happy Masters Sunday.

Today was some of the best golf I've watched in a long, long time. Will be interesting to see how the weather affects play tomorrow. I'm on team Tiger but Molinari looks so steady right now; if he keeps it up he's going to be really tough to beat.

I'm loving it. Golf is just better when Tiger is in the mix and I hope he can win it. I don't mind the early start at all. Makes it feel like the British Open which I really enjoy. Sounds like it might be windy and rainy like a British Open too.

The golf course was very easy with soft conditions and low wind.  Maybe tomorrow will be tougher.

I obviously can’t tell Tiger his business but that sounds too early.  I know he obviously has a pre-round routine but 3:45 is 6 hours from his tee-time.  I mean, I could even see 4:45.  If you have a tough time falling asleep, say you toss and turn until 11, this plan would give him around 4.5 hours of sleep?  That just isn’t enough.

I’ll bet the tv coverage still starts at 3:00...because the idiots running this thing refuse to have better tv coverage.

If Tiger wins tomorrow I’ll cry some happy tears. His win at East Lake last year was just spectacular. My dad is and always will be my hero and idol, and I know tiger made some bad decisions in his personal life, but before all of that he was my hero and I grew up idolizing him. His work ethic, his demeanor, everything about him. I dressed up in the red and black every Sunday for years growing up and spending saturdays and sundays watching. His comeback has been one of the best things I have ever watched, I am the WD of Tiger you could say.
