49-27, has been all Northwestern. Really fun 1st half to watch - hope they can keep it going for the last 20 mins. Go Cats!

2. NW was on fire in the first half. Truly couldn't miss. Reversion to the mean was just waiting to happen.
3. NW was in foul trouble at halftime and it got worse early in the 2nd.
4. MSU did this without Bridges. He was in early foul trouble and never got going.
5. I was with NW alums and it was really hard to watch them suffer through the collapse.
I won't forget this game.

I did not see the first half but I cannot imagine they were running the same stuff in the first half and it just magically worked, because their second-half offense was total shit. No ball movement, guys pounding the air out of the basketball, and a complete inability to finish at the rim when someone was actually able to get there. In Northwestern's defense I don't think ever seen so many shots go halfway in and rim out.
