the whole jumping the gun thing is usually just a face-saving game between the two sites. whichever one gets beat to the story gets indignant that the other "jumped the gun" then they "make it official" with their own story 30 minutes later. usually scout gets there first, so this tends to be a rivals tactic, but they both do it its all politics

There was a rivals article some time ago that obliquely hinted at it. Tom, Brian, and Tim from VB all say they haven't heard anything, and I have more faith in them.

Primary, I think so. But there has been a lot of talk about him playing LB too. I think they'll start him at WR and see how he does before moving him to D.
