Was really hoping this was going to be about some stud found at the tryouts...
Does this kid really have a shot at ever kicking at Michigan? Why would you need a 5'5" 4th string kicker? Guessing it's probably because he went to Pioneer and had some connections.

I always wondered the same about the connection to Pioneer, but this is a big time football school and the cost to house a player is to much. This kid was all state and a dream teamer so RR must see something and gave him a walk on. 88% FG rate in high school is not to shabby and its better than anyone else kicking. Maybe the kid nevers kick, but he's earned the chance like any of our other kickers. I dont think the Army all american is do that great!

This also puts in perspective how tiny Odoms really is. I guess I never realizd he was the size of a small kicker, yet can kill corners and safeties down field blocking.
