I just dont get how everybody knows exactly what happened, it's been scientifically proven, and yet he's still going to face punishment. I mean I understand why, but it's still ridiculous, and it still shouldn't happen.

Why can't he sue the NFL and Goodell personally for defamation? This clearly has hurt his image and the damages would be high. It's out of scope of a collective bargaining agreement. There is plenty of evidence where Goodell released and leaked negative claims against Brady while ignoring basic science and facts.

Defamation is incredibly hard to prove and "truth" is a defense to the allegation. Brady would have no shot of winning a defamation law suit and would end up paying their attorneys fees on top of it. He's smart to just let it go. When his suspension is over nobody will ever think about this again. And, if he leads them back from an 0-4 or 1-3 start to a Super Bowl he will again be a hero.

Because it would just come across as childish and petty. Also what damages has Brady sustained? Where the teams should be showing their anger is at the dumb ass NFLPA for agreeing to the commish being the arbitrator too!

But I also really don't care much at all for Tom Brady either, even if he is a Michigan man.  Watch New England go 3-1 without him and look fine.  Belichick outside of Harbaugh is the best coach money can buy.

There is only one other former M qb I can think of that matches the competitive streak of Tom Brady. You might have heard of him.

He's boiling already and if they get into the play-offs, go 2-2 during his suspension should be fine you'll have the freshest Tom Brady to ever play in the playoffs.
