OT: Tigers Game on TV, No Rod and Mario?

Submitted by MaizeNBlu628 on
Anyone else watching the Tigers game on FSN right now? What's the deal with this random dude doing the play-by-play by himself and no stadium noise? I feel like it's just some guy announcing it from a online stream in his house. No way Rod and Mario need a day off already, I was pumped to get the afternoon off today to play the Rod Allen drinking game. Anyways, hope the comeback kids can do it again today and get a W! EDIT: As I just finished typing this, the stadium noises atleast came back so it is a little bit better to watch.

OK, Rod and Mario are back, they just had some technical difficulties. Let the Rod Allen drinking game begin! I hope he starts talking about his playing days in Japan!

Can anyone confirm that Rod has brought up the Carlos Guillen trade at all this year? That trade was made like 792834 years ago but he still brings it up at least once a week it seems like. Maggs goes deep again, 1-0.

It happens with the Tigers far too often. In this case, Inge led off with a double and then Laird struck out. The guy can't hit, so why is he even trying. Bunt the runner over and then Sizemore's fly ball would have been an easy sac fly and run.

The Tigers are damn lucky thy have only played KC and Cleveland. Two bad teams with really bad bullpens. They've come from behind in what, six of their victories? Wait till they play a team like Minnesota which has a bullpen. Yikes. Better find some dependable hitters after Ordonez and Cabrera.

Is there some sort of mgovideo for Tigers games? I'd love to be able to download and watch a torrent of every game this season, day by day.

I don't mean to brag, but I cut class this afternoon to go to this game. Fantastic seats looking directly down the third baseline. Shame we couldn't win it, but it sure was beautiful out, and I'm thankful for that.
