OT: Oregon's Blount returns
LeGarrette Blount's reinstatement has been approved by the Pac_10 office. Foregone conclusion after Stanford 51 Oregon 42 last Saturday.

think its a good move by Oregon and the Pac 10. If they wanted to be dicks about it, they could have had him come back for the USC game. I think the full season suspension was a little obsessive.

It might have been excessive if he had only punched the player, but he was fighting with fans and others as well. However, I am glad to see that he is getting somewhat of a second chance.

second chances, but why even bother doing this now. if there was even a notion that he could be reinstated, they should have just made it a couple of games then. personaly i had forgotten about the "punch" and the possible reinstatement until i watched the replay of the oregon/usc game last week. i think this is just going to be a distraction for oregon.

If they had said he was suspended indefinitely and then he came back - that is fine, I have no problem with that.
However, I don't like that he was suspended for the entire season, but is now back.

I think Chip Kelly should introduce Blount to RR. It is clear that RR is the reason his player was suspended and by doing this, he could take himself down to the maturity level of his 18 year old players and also teach them how to go through life skirting all responsibility for their actions and blaming them on others.
