OT: Free Slurpee Day at 7-11

http://annarbor.com/business-review/7-elevens-birthday-free-slurpees-at-...

Pretty much what it says - 7-11 is offering free slurpees to celebrate it's 85th birthday today from 11 am to 7 pm. For a change this doesn't look just local/Ann Arbor, but probably national, so all readers can partake.  But college kids in particular like free stuff, and it's not as hot, but still hot.  And really, everyone likes free stuff.

You can find a store that's offering it on their own website-

Free sh!t is always good.  But a warning!

It looks like the free size is 7.11 oz.   Wroughly 66% the size of a can of coke.

On the plus size, that probably is not enough to cause any serious brain freeze.

Just wanted to soften the wave of disappointment when you saw the size that you get.

I live in Downtown Baltimore, and last time they had Free Slurpee Day at my friendly neighborhood 7Eleven, it incited a group of teenagers to loot the store and beat up the store clerks. I think I will avoid the riot and pay the dollar and change for a slurpee tomorrow, if I feel so inclined.
