While we're a better shooting team than Minnesota by a significant margin on the season, it is the up and down nature of defense that is going to worry me throughout this game, if I had to guess in this early stage.
Hoping we pull this one out - it would mean a lot more for us than it would for Minnesota really.

Our players have always tended to lack either height or strength. Walton is strong but tiny. Our bigs have plenty of height, but good lord. You just don't see guys get backed down the way ours do too often.

Wagner was also getting comically out muscled. The difference is he's an elite offensive talent.

but he hasn't fully realized it. Too many TOs still such that Donnal is a more efficient offensive player. Not saying he's better, cuz his usage is lower. But Mo has a ways to go to turn that elite offensive talent into an elite offensive player.

I'd bring Irvin off the bench and start Xavier Simpson or MAAR. Even the last game seemed a little fluky given how many missed shots he had along with his made baskets..
