Awesome. I'd be watching regardless. This show is a fantastic comedy on its own. Add in the absolutely endless barrage of local references and inside jokes that only Detroiters would pick up and it's one of my favorite shows running right now.

This is honestly one of the best new comedies on TV I've seen in years. Definitely helps if you are from SE Michigan to understand a lot of the references but still hilarious without it. Hadn't heard that Coach would be on this season but now I'm pumped for tonight's ep!

Best show on tv.  Last week’s casual mention of Jobbie Nooner almost made me spit out my Keystone Light.  If you are from the Detroit area and aren’t watching this show then you’re part of the problem.

I love this show.  I haven't lived in the Detroit area for almost 30 years and it's very nostalgic for me.  I still remember a lot of the commercials that they parody.  It's a lot of fun.

If you didn't click the link, Jim Harbaugh is going to be in tonight's episode.

Detroiters is a great show. I do wonder what people who aren't from or didn't ever live in the Detroit area think of it? Lot of inside jokes and local characters.

That show is hilarious.  I am catching up - and saw the season one finale featuring Rick Mahorn (for all you Pistons fans).  For people with Comcast - You can see them all on demand.

"Detroiters" is great, even better if you are from the area or a lifelong resident - or indeed both as I am. It's actually sort of fun to watch with my wife, a native of Chicago, who sometimes will ask about references, just to see her wondering why I am chuckling so hard at the mention of a certain city, business or whatever.

So, I was going to watch tonight because of Harbaugh, but I was hype when I heard this show was coming, then I watched the first episode and didn't find it funny, so I didn't keep up.

Did I not give it enough of a chance, or was the first episode actually indicative of the humor of the show, and I just don't think it's very good?
